History of IMBS

Integrative Mind and Body Services (IMBS) went into practice in 2023 after approximately a year of intensive training in the practices of neurofeedback and biofeedback from some of the industry leaders in the field across the country.

IMBS came to be after the founder experienced difficulties with symptoms related to long COVID that she had to seek treatment for out of the area, at considerable expense. After these treatments had significant impact on struggles she had, she set out to make them available in her local community regardless of ability to pay.

In 2025 the team at IMBS continues to train with leaders in the field across the globe in the latest modalities and technologies available to ensure that northeast and central Pennsylvania have access to services typically found centered around larger geographic locations. IMBS continues to value its partnerships locally to help support the communities it calls home.

BY THE NUMBERS:

IMBS currently calls three counties in northeastern and central Pennsylvania home: Susquehanna, Lackawanna, & Dauphin

Through 2024 IMBS has provided services to 147 different individuals aged 4 to 79, for a total of 2,371 sessions.

Over 90% of those sessions have been provided at free or reduced cost due to the financial support from the community.
