Ground Chicken with Chickpea Pasta

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 Each Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 Box Chickpea Pasta - cooked
  • 1 Jar Organic Pasta Sauce

    • Boil Pasta according to package directions. 
    • Set Aside

    Cooking Instructions for Spaghetti Squash
    • Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds
    • Put upside down in a pan and pierce skin a few times
    • Add water to cover the bottom of pan
    • Roast at 350 degrees for approx 35-45 minutes until fork tender
    • scrape out inside with 2 forks and set aside

    Ground Chicken

    Brown Ground Chicken in pot on stove with a little olive oil. When brown add jar of pasta sauce until warmed through

    Assemble Bowl
    • Place spaghetti squash on the bottom
    • Add some chick pea pasta
    • top with sauce and chicken
