Cooked Quinoa

Raw Veggies of choice
(Broccoli, carrots, peppers, zucchini work well)

Saurkraut

Olive oil

Dash
Salt and Pepper
(To taste)

Minced Garlic
Instructions

Quinoa
Cook Quinoa according to package directions. To increase nutrition cook in bone broth
Divide into 4 containers

Sautee Vegetables
Heat olive oil in a dutch oven.
Add garlic and veggetables
sautee until softened
add a splash of bone broth if needed to continue to cook
season with salt and pepper to taste

Assemble Bowls
Add vegetables to quinoa
Top with sauerkraut
