Biofeedback
Biofeedback helps you become more aware of how your body reacts to stress and emotions, so you can learn to change those patterns. Using small sensors to track physiological responses, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and muscle tension, we guide you in calming your body and supporting your natural healing process.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback focuses on your brain’s activity and helps it learn healthier patterns over time. With small sensors on your scalp, we measure your brainwaves and provide gentle feedback that can support better mood, focus, sleep, and overall regulation.
Bioresonance Therapy (BRT)
Bioresonance Therapy uses gentle signaling technology to work with your body’s own communication systems. The goal is to support your cells and natural healing processes, helping your body move toward better balance from the inside out.

EEG (qEEG)
qEEG brain mapping is a simple, painless way to see how your brain is functioning. A special sensor cap records your brain activity so our clinicians can understand how different areas of your brain communicate and tailor neurofeedback treatment to your unique needs.
Alpha-Stim
Therapy
Alpha-Stim is a gentle, FDA-cleared Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) treatment for anxiety and insomnia. Using two small ear clip electrodes, it delivers a very low-level current that helps your brain move into a calmer, more balanced state.
Heart Rate
Variability (HRV)
HRV training helps your heart and breathing work together more smoothly, especially under stress. By watching your heart rate beat by beat while you practice slow, steady breathing, you train your body to stay calmer and more regulated in challenging moments.
