Our Process

Retraining Your Brain

Here at Integrative Mind and Body Services, we utilize neurofeedback and biofeedback to assist individuals in managing and overcoming ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and more. This technique also supports athletes, musicians, and executives in reaching their highest performance levels.

We begin with a qEEG, a map of your brain that detects and records electrical activity.
It is a non-invasive process that occurs in our office. To truly understand our clients, we also inquire about your history, reasons for seeking our help, and your objectives.

In just a few weeks, we’re able to review the results of the scan and identify which brain areas and activities need training.
We then work with you to create a personalized plan using neurofeedback, biofeedback, therapy, and other methods to achieve your goals.

During each training session, sensors are placed on your head to monitor brain activity, which is displayed on a computer screen for instant feedback. Meanwhile, you are simply looking at a TV screen with visual aids that work with your brain and adjust according to its activity. Typically, a minimum of 20 sessions are needed, with sessions ideally held 1-2 times per week.

Everyone’s brain is different and learns at its own pace.
We regularly review your progress and adjust the plan as necessary. Our purpose is to fully support your goals and work together to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Even after completing your neurofeedback sessions, your brain continues to learn
and improve.
Because your brain has learned to function correctly, the benefits of neurofeedback can be long-lasting, allowing you to enjoy the improvements for years to come!
