  1. Add oats, chia seeds, and almond milk to glass jar

    Top with yogurt and dash of cinnamon

    Place in refrigerator overnight

    Eat Chilled or Warm up for 30 seconds/1 minute- Stir

    Top with fresh fruit (Strawberries, blueberries, banana)
