Quinoa
- Cook Quinoa according to package directions. To increase nutrition cook in bone broth
- Divide into 4 containers

Sautee Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a dutch oven.
- Add garlic and veggetables
- sautee until softened
- add a splash of bone broth if needed to continue to cook
- season with salt and pepper to taste

Assemble Bowls
- Add vegetables to quinoa
- Top with sauerkraut
