Instructions

  1. Quinoa

    • Cook Quinoa according to package directions.  To increase nutrition cook in bone broth
    • Divide into 4 containers
  1. Sautee Vegetables

    • Heat olive oil in a dutch oven.  
    • Add garlic and veggetables
    • sautee until softened 
    • add a splash of bone broth if needed to continue to cook 
    • season with salt and pepper to taste
  1. Assemble Bowls

    • Add vegetables to quinoa
    • Top with sauerkraut
