Biofeedback therapy can benefit both our psychological as well as our physical health. Biofeedback has always been a significant part of her life, especially for pain management, relaxation, and sleep. She has witnessed people making amazing gains in a short amount of time which makes this work even that much more rewarding!
Mindy was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Pennsylvania in 1993. She has three adult children as well as a lot of furry, feathered babies, including a mini-Hahn macaw, five cats, one dog, a chinchilla, and a 400-pound pig (who sleeps on our couch).
